A magazine devoted to defence issues in a broad sense, including defence policy, the arms industry, and military technology. Published since September 1997. Addressed mainly to people professionally linked to the defence sector. During its first few years of publication, the magazine gained a wide group of readers among the military community, Polish and foreign defence industry, and also in government circles.

Independence, access to the most reliable information, and collaboration with the best Polish and foreign writers who are authorities in their fields, guarantees the highest specialist standard of published articles. Every issue includes a report on a major event or problem related to defence. In addition, the monthly publishes event reviews, analyses, news, descriptions of military equipment, and a historical column. The only magazine of its kind in Poland, and one of few in the world.

During Poland's largest trade event for the arms industry - the International Defence Industry Exhibition and the Logistics Fair in Kielce, a colour daily called RAPORT Targowy is published. Special issues of RAPORT-wto are published for other events as well (Balt Military Expo in Gdynia, Safety in Warsaw).

RAPORT-wto organizes professional specialist conferences (Advanced Technologies for Homeland Defence and Border Protection), and at the start of each year it holds the Armed Forces Ball, with guests including leading figures from Poland's defence sector, where distinguished soldiers are rewarded and a charity auction is held.
